How much wind can THEDOOKAN Tent withstand?

Our products are designed to withstand wind speeds up to 22mph without pegs and up to 44mph with pegs installed. However, for your safety, we strongly recommend you refrain from camping during extreme weather conditions.

What is the load capacity of THEDOOKAN?

We have invented the specialized frame which can be connected to the cloud mat, and it ensures sturdy structure and keeps the tent taut during camping. According to the KCL(Korea Conformity Laboratories) test result, THEDOOKAN tent is strong enough to hold up to 660lbs in the form of 2 Story. Please note that you need to make sure the cloud mat is fully tensioned and 4 poles are settled evenly on the ground.

How long does it take to set up?

It takes 10 minutes to set up frames and 5 minutes for the tent for 2 adults.

For one person, it will take about 20 minutes in total.

A ladder is includied in the package?

Yes, a ladder is a part of the package.

What is the packed size of product?

Tent bag(packed size/lbs) 31.4 x 15.7 x 15.7in / 26.4lbs 

Frame bag(packed size/lbs) 55.1 x 11 x 11in / 52.9lbs 

Compact size and easily fit into any ordinary car. You can take it to anywhere you like.

Orders and Payments

Payment must be made in full prior to any portion of the order being shipped. Your payment can be made via PayPal, credit cards or telegraphic transfer to our bank account.

Note: For your security, we do not accept payment over the phone or via email, and we discourage you from providing your credit card or bank information via these avenues.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method, however we normally arrange FOB freight by ship, and it can take up to 30-40 business days to arrive. Faster shipping options may be available, please contact info@thedookan.kr . Also, please be aware that weather, shipping holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect billing information can delay the shipment of your order.

International shipping

We can ship your order to worldwide. Please refer 'Shipping & Delivery Policy' for your shipping quote. 

Returns and Warranty

If it is found to be defective after inspection, we will offer free returns, exchanges or full refunds (at our discretion), and we will credit the shipping cost upon receipt of the amount indicated.

You will love your THEDOOKAN Tent. If you don’t, contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange and obtain a return authorization. Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed without prior authorization. Please refer ‘Returns & Warranty Policy’.

Care & Maintenance

Dry your tent thoroughly before storage. Make sure that every crease and crevice of your tent is 100% dry before folding and placing your tent in high and dry storage.

To clean tent, use a dry cloth or soft brush and sweep or wipe down the tent inside and out before packing it up. Soaps and detergents can damage the water –repellant treatment of the canvas.

Polyurethane screens: Transparent polyurethane windows & skylight cover are weak to salty water. Please make sure to clean with water-tissue and completely dry up after beach or rain.

After raining or muddy ground camping, it’s better separate the rail skirt and packing. Now you can intensively and easily clean the dirty spot only.

For long-term storage, store in a cool dry location that is not exposed to direct sunlight.
